Fantastic company to hire a car from. From the moment we arrived to pick the car up, we were treated with kindness and support. We forgot our passport as a second ID, and so Andreia kindly drive us to the hotel and completed the handover there. It was no problem and no fuss. We weren’t harassed with extra insurances to buy. No problem with using my credit card as a deposit. It was perfect! Car was excellent and everything was explained in detail. Andreia met us at the airport for a pick up with her colleague, checked over the car and gave back the deposit there and then. So stress free. Great company! Recommend!

Klare Empfehlung. Sehr persönliche Übergabe und Rückgabe, sehr gepflegtes Auto und faire Konditionen (z.B. vollgetankt übernommen, vollgetankt zurückgegeben). Selbst der Kindersitz, den wir dazu gebucht hatten, war richtig sauber.

I will recommend this company to anybody hiring a car in Madeira. I switched the initial car for a more powerful one after a few days which was very simple, and unfortunately damaged the car in the multi story car park as I was returning it to their office, and they were great about this too. Five stars!

100% recomendable. Nos esperaron en el aeropuerto para darnos el coche. Un SEAT Arona automático nuevísimo y súper limpio con tan solo 4000km. Nos atendieron muy amablemente y dieron toda la confianza del mundo. Durante los siete días de tener el coche, ha sido maravilloso, ha respondido genial y todo perfecto. Nos esperaban a la vuelta para recoger el coche en el aeropuerto y despedirse de nosotros. Muy agradables, cordiales y profesionales. Si tenéis dudas de donde alquilar un coche en Madeira, esta es vuestra empresa de Rent a Car, ha sido fabuloso. Muchas gracias Andrea y familia. Hasta la próxima!!
