Correu tudo lindamente. Desde a recepção dos donos, que foram extremamente simpáticos até á entrega do carro, que atenciosamente foram recolher ao sitio onde estávamos alojados. Dou 10 estrelas e numa próxima com certeza reservarei novamente com a Move Rent.

Echt een aanrader! Andreia en Nélio stonden klaar op het vliegveld toen we aankwamen. Super vriendelijk en servicegericht. Fijne en duidelijke communicatie. Tijdens de vakantie hebben we via whatsapp contact gehad om te vragen of de auto een uurtje later terug kon, en dat was geen probleem. De auto was super netjes en schoon. Het is een nieuwe, krachtige auto die heel geschikt is om door de bergen van Madeira te touren. Kortom: aanrader! Als we weer terug gaan huren we zeker weer hier een auto.

Very satisfied with the service, we were met at the airport by a lady who showed us the car, which was new and clean. The contract was signed electronically on the spot, and we paid additional insurance from only 20 euros per day, without deoosit or credit card debt.

Upon arrival at the airport, Andreia was there to meet us with the car ready. The handover process was smooth and efficient—we signed the agreement and were quickly on our way to explore the island. Returning the vehicle was just as convenient; we met again at the airport and completed the return without any issues. Throughout our rental period, Andreia was consistently responsive, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. We rented a VW Taigo, which proved to be spacious enough for five adults along with a considerable amount of luggage. The vehicle was in excellent condition and performed well, even on Madeira’s more challenging terrain, making it a pleasure to drive. Overall, Move Rent a Car contributed greatly to our enjoyable stay in Madeira. I would not hesitate to rent from them again on a future visit.
